We only do Exchange & Store Credit
At M.A.R.S Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Certain exclusions may apply, and we reserve the right to assess each item on a case-by-case basis.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. These items are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
For exchanges, the item must be of equal or lesser value, and any price differences will be settled at the time of exchange. Store credit will be issued for items that are exchanged for a different product or if a refund in the form of store credit is requested.
