Shipping Policy
CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING
We ship orders throughout Canada. All in-stock items placed before 12:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped within this timeframe, we will notify you of the delay within 2 business days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends are processed starting the following Monday, as our office operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN CANADA
Canada Post – Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
FedEx Ground (Provinces): Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
Purolator (Territories): Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days
FedEx Priority Overnight: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days
Delivery to locations outside major urban centres may require additional transit time.
SPECIAL & BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order includes a back-ordered item or a special order (such as a non-stock ring size), you will be contacted by email with an estimated delivery date. Your approval will be required before the order can proceed.
For orders containing both in-stock and special order items, the complete order will be shipped together once all items are received, unless you request otherwise. Shipping times will follow the timelines outlined above.
Once your confirmation is received, your credit card will be charged. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to ship. If you choose to cancel before confirmation, no charge will be applied to your credit card.
SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES
Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes are calculated based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method. All charges are clearly displayed during checkout. You will be able to review shipping costs, handling fees, and taxes in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.
INSURANCE & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
All shipments are fully insured and registered for their full value. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
